In this session we dived into Impact Hub’s unique distributed leadership and co-stewardship model, speaking to the challenges and opportunities of operating within hyperlocal and hyperglobal structures. I absolutely loved this conversation - if anything as an excuse to nerd out with my colleagues and partners at the Impact Hub at different scales of the network, reflecting on the unique structure of our globally distributed network and exploring the possibilities for locally led, coordinated systems change.
